Constructed in accordance with other square pianos by the master
Case today painted rust red on the outside with blue decorative stripes,
Inner frame walnut
Stand not original
Keyboard compartment with elaborate marquetry
Case dimensions 151.2 x 53.4 x 15.7 cm = length x width x height
Keyboard range: 5 octaves (F1 - f3)
Naturals covered with ebony, with inlaid fillet strips,
Key front with cube pattern,
Sharps black-stained pearwood, covered with bone
Three-octaves-measurement 47,7 cm
Rebound mechanism, lever damping, leather-covered hammer heads
Double strung, sounding length c2 = 29.8 cm
Two knee-lever operated stops (forte, moderator), no longer present
